ARG Surveys Ltd have been carrying out Asbestos surveys for over 15 years and in the past two years alone have carried out approximately 4000 surveys. All our surveyors hold the BOHS 402 certificate and attend their annual refresher course each year to ensure they are competent in carrying out surveys in line with HSG264.
In 2016 ARG Surveys were proud to have achieved the UKAS accreditation for inspection (ISO 17020)

There is a legal requirement for building owners to carry out a risk assessment of their buildings. If a building was constructed or refurbished between 1950 and 1999, there is a high probability that asbestos materials have been used in the construction process. Before any risk assessment can be carried out the risk must be determined and therefore an asbestos survey is essential.
